I am an integrative counsellor with a person-centred foundation, offering a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can talk openly about whatever is troubling you.
My passion for counselling comes from a belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and valued. I work with adults experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, loss, and life transitions.
I started Offload because I kept hearing the same thing:
"I've been meaning to try therapy for years, but I never quite got around to it.". Usually because it felt too formal, too clinical, or like it was for people with "real" problems.
That’s exactly what Offload is here to change.
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent many years working in the music industry - an experience that deepened my appreciation for people's unique stories and the importance of authentic connection.
I hold an FdA and BACP Accredited Diploma in counselling and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I'm fully insured and committed to ongoing supervision and professional development.
