Therapy for real life.
No Jargon, No Judgement

If you've never tried therapy before, that's okay. Most people haven't. Offload is a space where you talk, and someone actually listens.

Simple. Honest. Yours.

You talk, we listen.
No scripts, no jargon. Just a real conversation with someone trained to hear what you're actually saying - and support that's shaped around you.
At your pace.
There's no timeline. Some people come for a few sessions, some for longer. You decide what feels right.
No crisis required.
You don't need to be falling apart to deserve support. Feeling stuck, flat, or overwhelmed is enough.

ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm Cassandra.

I am an integrative counsellor with a person-centred foundation, offering a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can talk openly about whatever is troubling you.I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and valued. My approach is centred on building a genuine therapeutic relationship where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace, without judgement.I work with adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and life transitions. Together, we can make sense of what you are experiencing and find a way forward that feels right for you.I founded Offload following my counselling training, during which I met many people who simply needed a safe space to unburden themselves before they could begin to understand what they were thinking and feeling. Those experiences reinforced my belief in the value of being truly listened to and inspired me to create a place where people feel supported, accepted, and empowered to explore whatever is on their mind.
